What Healthcare Benefits Do You Offer? You Make The Call

Employee-sponsored healthcare coverage is the number one desired employee benefit, according to Forbes - 67 percent of employees and 68 percent of employers ranked healthcare coverage as the most popular employee benefit.

According to Kaiser Permanente, 87 percent of employees think healthcare coverage is valuable. In addition, ADP reported research finding that 74 percent of employees at smaller companies said health insurance is an important factor "when deciding if they would work at a specific company."

And, according to ADP, 67 percent of Baby Boomers and Generation X employees ranked healthcare coverage as highly important, compared to 57 percent of younger employees.
