About Registration
Registering yourself and your organization onto ChubbWorks.com is easy.
You will need to enter your organization code your Site Administrator provided to you and complete the required fields. Registration is completed typically in less than 10 minutes.
If you are the first person from your organization to register, you will need to enter the eight (8) digit policy number (if you are an insured) or seven digit (7) agency number (if you are an agent) into the password/passcode field. A screen will appear asking you to verify that you are a Chubb policyholder or agent. Please answer truthfully.
If you are a policyholder or an agent, the site will take you to a screen where you can select yourself as Site Administrator or nominate a Site Administrator. The Site Administrator oversees the site on behalf of your organization or agency.
If you are the Site Administrator, then proceed to register yourself and your organization onto the site by completing the remaining pages including the page that allows you to select your username and password. Registering as a Site Administrator should take less than 15 minutes.
If you are not the Site Administrator, you will be asked to nominate someone from your organization to administer the site. Your nominated Site Administrator will need to know your policy number or agency code to enroll onto the site.
